1 1/2 lbs. bulk Italian sausage 2 T flour 1 teaspoon dry basil , crushed 3 c. bottled spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 c. cream style cottage cheese 1 teaspoon dry oregano , crushed 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr 10 lg. whole wheat or possibly white flour tortillas

In frying pan cook the sausage till browned; drain off fat. Stir in cottage cheese and flour. Add in oregano, basil and garlic pwdr to the spaghetti sauce. Stir 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce into the sausage mix. Spoon about 1/2 cup meat mix onto each tortilla; roll up jelly roll style. Place tortillas, seam side down in a 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over tortillas. Bake, covered in a 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 min. Uncover; sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 3 min or possibly till cheese melts. Serves 8 to 10.
