2 Tbsp olive oil 4 garlic cloves minced 2 bunches broccoli rabe , collard greens or kale, stemmed and chopped 2 teaspoons rice vinegar Seasoning salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Описание

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds till translucent. Increase to Med-high and add the greens. Toss with tongs until wilted (3-4 min for Rabe or Collards, 5-6 minutes for Kale). Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust. Serve immediately.
