8 oz. cream cheese , room temp
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup shredded cheddar or other cheese
1/2 cup chopped brisket
1 tsp. your favorite bbq beef rub
1/2 tsp. each dry parsley , thyme , oregano onion powder and garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
topping: paprika

Heat oven to 350 F.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, reserving a bit of the cheese.
Pour int 1 1/2 qt. baking dish, top with remaining chese and paprika.
Bake 20-30 minutes.
Serve warm.
