Sugar (100g)
Butter / margarine (100g)
Eggs (2)
Milk (2 tbsp)
Golden syrup (3 tbsp)

Put the golden syrup in the bottom of a microwave proof bowl
Mix all the other ingredients well
Pour the mixture on top of the golden syrup
Microwave for 5 minutes on high, with a plate over the top
Turn out to serve, and eat with custard or ice cream
