I add the Tony C's Cajun seasoning to my bread crumbs Slightly beat eggs with a whisk dip the steaks in the egg then coat them with the bread crumbs take a cookie sheet either lay them on that or do like I do and place cookie cooling rack across your cookie sheet place the steaks on pan (or racks) Place in Preheated oven at 350 degrees only have turn once when they are thoroughly cooked Serve Hot Tip: I make Pioneer pepper gravy, mashed potatoes and a veggie with this entree.
