Soak ad wash the basmathi/samayal rice for minimum 1hr. Soak and wash the chick peas,grean peas for minimum 6hrs.(or)U can buy the frozen chick peas and green peas. Place a pressure cooker,add chick peas,green peas and water. Pressure upto 5 or 6 whistles. Remove the peas and filter the water. Take a pressure cooker,add butter/ghee,bay leaf,cardamon,ginger-garlic paste,green chili and fry well. Add mint and coriander leaves.Add finely chopped sliced onions and tomatoes. Add boiled peas,curd,lemon juice and mix well.Wait for 3mins. After add soaked rice,Bombay mix,salt and mix well. Finally add 2 1/3cup of water,finely copped coriander leaves. Close the lid pressure upto 5 or 6 whistles. Hot and serve with "Curd Bachadi".
