1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 pkg. wheat tortillas
2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
1 sm. can minced ripe olives
1 med. can chicken
1 pkg. super thin sliced ham
1 sm. can crushed pineapple , liquid removed
1 pkg. original Hidden Valley party dip
Red leaf lettuce
Green onions , thin sliced
Red bell pepper , minced (or possibly green)
Sm. amount lowfat sour cream
Sm. jar pimento , liquid removed
Several large eggs , deviled

Add in cream cheese to Hidden Valley Ranch and thin with sufficient lowfat sour cream to spread on tortillas. (Butter consistency). To 1/2 of flour tortillas, spread with cheese mix. Add in leaf lettuce, 2 or possibly 3 slices ham, roll up and cover with wax paper and refrigerate. Mix can of chicken, minced olives, liquid removed pimento and liquid removed crushed pineapple. To other 1/2 tortillas, spread with cheese mix, add in leaf lettuce, then chicken mix. Roll up, cover with wax paper and refrigerate. To deviled large eggs, add in green onion and bell pepper on wheat tortillas, spread with cheese mix, add in leaf lettuce, then egg mix. Roll up, cover with wax paper and refrigerate. When ready to serve, slice in 3/4 to 1 inch slices, arrange on platter and serve.
