1-1/2 lbs Top Round or Sirloin Steak, cut into strips 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/2 tsp lemon juice minced onion - to taste 2-3 Tbs flour 2 Tbs oil 1 cup mushrooms , washed/sliced 2 cups green beans, washed/stems removed 2 Tbs Oyster sauce - or to taste


In a bowl combine steak, garlic, lemon juice and onions; add flour and mix well. In a skillet heat oil, add beef mixture and mushrooms; brown on all sides. Add green beans and Oyster Sauce; add water as needed. Bring to a boil; lower heat to medium-low, cover partially and simmer until beef is almost tender, about 30 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
