500 gms Lamb
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
10 Red chillies
3 tbsp Onion paste
100 gms Curd
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
100 gms Oil or ghee
100 gms Chopped Onions
2 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Garam masala
10 gms Coriander leaves

â¢Make paste of coriander seeds and red chillies.
â¢Mix the lamb, coriander paste, onion paste, curd, red chillies, turmeric and salt. Leave it aside for 15 minutes.
â¢Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry till they turn light brown.
â¢Add lamb mixture and cook it until oil gets separated from the mixture.
â¢Add little water in pan and when it starts boiling, add garlic paste. Simmer the dish until lamb is cooked.
â¢Add more water if needed. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
â¢Rajasthan Laal Maas is ready.
