1 (10oz) can whole baby clams
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Pepper
1 (6.5 oz) minced clams , drain and save liquid

Drain baby clams and reserve liquid. Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Stir in flour. Stir in reserved clam juice, wine, parsley, thyme and pepper. Cook 2 minutes. Stir often. Add baby clams and minced clams. Cook 3 minutes or until heated through.
Serve over the cooked linguine.
