Drain baby clams and reserve liquid. Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Stir in flour. Stir in reserved clam juice, wine, parsley, thyme and pepper. Cook 2 minutes. Stir often. Add baby clams and minced clams. Cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve over the cooked linguine.
